GNSH Host Donors

On April 21, 2002, approximately 120 donors and 40 Grey Nuns, from New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania attended a liturgy of gratitude in Sacred Heart Chapel at the Grey Nun's Motherhouse in Yardly, PA. Fr. Pat Connors, SVD, long time friend of the Grey Nuns was the celebrant for the event.

Sr. Marlene G. Butler, GNSH, President of the Congregation addressed the gathered donors to thank them for their generous support of the Grey Nuns. Sr. Marlene emphasized that like the beautiful mosaic that graces the chapel, our donors help us through their generosity to keep the mission of Jesus and St. Marguerite d'Youville alive in the world today by every donation large or small. All of us together create this wonderful design.

A luncheon followed in the beautifully decorated McKenna Center of Grey Nun Academy. Donors enjoyed connecting with Grey Nuns that they have known through the years.
